Audible Audiobook Covers
A few projects for audiobook covers for Audible.
From a children´s book series to novels and more.
The Process
I start by creating a few mood boards to choose from. Afterwards I sketch out the composition and idea for the cover. I make sure to focus on layouts that will be easy to see in small formats due to the nature of the service
- app and website.
After the basic layout is set, I illustrate using photoshop and Illustrator to give it a polished look that is easy to come back to, edit and modify as needed.
Children's book series
Audible needed to update a series of children's books covers of classic stories. The old covers were old-fashioned and not very interesting for children, so I came up with a new, fun style for these covers that looked like handmade paper figures, with textures and vibrant colors.
